Project Facade is a technically complex, architecturally driven build showcasing a striking castellated aluminium cladding system across a dramatic façade rising over 12 metres in height. The design delivers a bold vertical presence, combining modern architectural expression with high-precision installation requirements.
Alucobond architectural cladding paired with refined metal detailing creates a bold contemporary façade, defined by layered depth, rich texture, and architectural clarity. A key focus of the project is the engineered façade system, where the castellated aluminium panels are installed with strict alignment tolerances, wind load considerations, and robust structural fixing systems to ensure long-term stability and performance at significant elevation. The scale of construction required detailed access planning, precise sequencing, and close coordination between multiple trades operating at height.
The project is also delivered under high-risk site conditions, located in close proximity to live overhead powerlines, requiring continuous monitoring, strict safety controls, exclusion zones, and heavy on-site supervision throughout all stages of construction.
